Did you see my introduction at HappyToBeAtHome.net? Starting on Sunday, I'll be guest-posting about the food I serve in my kitchen. Funny enough, the readers will get a glimpse into one of the busiest weeks of the year in my kitchen. Why, you ask? The hubby came home a few nights ago with a bushel of corn, ten pounds of blueberries, and three GIGANTIC pumpkins. So, in addition to my regular cooking, there will be lots of canning, freezing, jam making and other ridiculously Martha Stewart-ish things going on!
