It's Going to be a Cran-tastic Week!

Happy Monday everyone! I have a crazy week ahead of me, so please forgive me for not commenting on your posts this week! I will try to catch up at the end of the week as best I can.

In addition to still not having started my quilt for Soldier's Angels nor my Halloween cards (which need to be sent out no later than Friday), my husband brought home ten pounds of Cranberries this weekend that I need to tend to. TEN POUNDS, FOLKS! There is going to be a lot of activity going on in my house this week!!

In a grand attempt to sabotage my productiveness, my coffeemaker decided to take a crap on me this morning, so I need to go take it back so I can get everything completed this week! Aaaaaack!! At least this involves a drive near the love of my life--Chik-fil-A!! Yippeee!!! The closest one is 45 minutes away, so I have to take my chicken sandwich lovin' when I can get it!

Enjoy your blog week off! I've never had fresh cranberries! I bet they're great! And enjoy Chik-fil-A--love it too!

I love Chik-fil-A...I always think of it on Sundays..when they are closed! ugh. We aren't close to one either so ours is a drive, but not 45 minutes thankfully!

I love chick-fil-a. And espeically love that they have Coke Zero in their fountains.

Okay...so what does one do with all those cranberries? I take cranberry supplements every day. But I don't think I have ever eaten one...

chik-fil-a (or chik-bu-fway, as my nephew says) used to be a treat because it was so far away. fortunately, there is one just a couple of miles down the road now

oh, and, what kind of cranberry goodness will you be making?

Whoa, just a few things you need to get done, eh? Take it easy and take your time. We'll still be here when you get back, but the cranberries won't wait! ;)

I can't wait to see what you do with those cranberries! Be sure and get a milkshake to go with your chicken sandwich. Chick-Fil-A has the BEST milkshakes evah!

I'm emailing you my tried and true recipe for Cranberry Salsa. I get asked to make it every year for Christmas. I make it and put it in mason jars.

Can you make cranberry sauce that goes SLLLLUUURRRPPPP as it slides out of the can and keeps the can shape? That's my FAVORITE!

I've never had a fresh cranberry so I'm interested to see what you do with them all.

I love me some chik-fil-a. Yum, yum.
