Silly Wiener

The Hubby took Henry Wiener with him this week, so it was just us girls. I had fabulous girlie plans, including mani/pedi's planned for all three of us, but both Midget and Lucy Wiener screamed the second I touched their little piggies. Oh well. At least Midget and I read a Harlequin romance novel and Lucy helped me finish a bottle of wine. *hic*

Speaking of the little stinkerbutt, Lucy Wiener is notorious for finding and laying in any little slice of sunshine. She moves throughout the house during the day, searching for a place to bask in the warm sunlight. She found a new place to lay today--the changing table--and I still haven't figured out how in the heck she managed to get up there! Maybe Go-Go-Gadget-Wiener-Legs??

    Honest to blog, my husband is afraid of dachshunds. I guess there was an incident when he was a child. I adore them, though, love those soulful eyes!

    i love that silly dog...and brooke will be all out thrilled when i show her this pic when she's home from school.
