My Favorite Part of My Kitchen

This is the door to my pantry. I've always been a spice hoor and it's quite difficult to fit this many spices in a rack or on a shelf! With about $30 worth of wire shelves, we were able to use wasted space to hold all of these spices and keep them neat and organized.


















As for the pantry--it isn't ready for its closeup, Mr. DeMille...

    It looks great! I love use and experiment with spices too. I have two drawers full plus some.

    I use an over the door shoe organizer in my pantry and have always liked it. However, I really love how neat and clean your racks look. The shoe organizer doesn't have as smooth lines :)

    That's so cool! Everytime I want to use a certain spice I have to move EVERYTHING to get to it.

    I buy those large spices from Sam's club but them keep them in the freezer to keep them fresh since it takes so long to use them up.

    I am a spice hoor too! I wish I could do that with my pantry but mine has sliding doors! Very beautiful work!

    THAT is awesome. The one thing I HATE about my kitchen is that it has NO PANTRY. None. Zero. Nada. Zilch. None. I ahte that!!!
    I have considered using my hall closet as a pantry but who wants to run around the corner to the front room when you need something?

    I need to do something like that. We have the accordion type doors but my in laws had someone do something to theirs, like brace the doors, where it now just opens like yours and they did all the shelving on there too.
